Twisted continues to be the engine of Jyte's internet, too.

The following "places" all got singled out:

(24) San Francisco CA
(13) Bay area
( 4) Silicon Valley
( 2) Mountain View CA
( 1) Bay Area/LA or other warm cali region with a beach and a major city

Now, you can ignore the 2 Google employees who voted for mountain view, and the guy who thought it was a good idea to group Bay Area/LA either because he's indecisive or under the delusion that those two places are anything alike.

But even so SF/Bay Area/SiliValley as we like to call it clearly wins. 24+13+4 = 41 which is far more than Boston, MA at a measly 27.

Sure, the poll methodology was not fantastic, but don't be a sore loser. I am a big fan of east-coast locations though, so if you want to start fuzzing the search:

(27) Boston, MA
(26) Washington, DC
(16) New York, NY
( 5) East Coast
( 2) Washington (I don't know if this meant DC, but ...)
( 1) North East
( 1) Burlington, MA

So, "Amtrak Acela" clearly wins, at 78, totally crushing your measly 41.

EAST COAST!!!!

(If you want to indulge in more of this nonsense, feel free to create an equally biased poll on jyte ;). PyCon will be held wherever people volunteer to hold it.).
